Project Summary: Rehabilitation of Aguadilla’s waterfront under a technical assistance agreement between the Municipality and the PR Infrastructure Financing Authority.  Responsible for overseeing construction, inspection services, schedule and budget monitoring as well as environmental compliance, compliance with Army Permit and endangered species mitigation program during erosion controls operations.
