Summary:  This project consists of improvements to the existing Quebrada Water Tretament Plant (Quebrada WTP) located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. The improvements are directed to support an average water production of 1.57 MGD and manage a peak operating flow of 3.05 MGD, optimizing the existing water treatment process and providing additional clarification, filtration and disinfection capacity; all in compliance with LT2ESWTR.  ECZ Group is providing construction inspection services for CH Caribe Engineers, Program Managers for PRASA.
